Back in November, I decided to do some testing to see what would happen if I combined real-time website data scraping with AI to answer user questions. This turned out to be a great idea, and thus OSIT was born. OSIT has proven to be a very powerful tool, capable of deep-diving the web for real-time information. How OSIT Works OSIT operates through web searching and Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT. User Query Processing: The process begins when a user submits a question. OSIT takes this question and uses it to perform web searches, identifying websites that contain relevant information. Real-Time Data Gathering: OSIT scrapes data from multiple websites to gather the most current and relevant information available. This ensures that the answers provided are based on the latest data. Leveraging LLMs: The gathered information is then passed to a Large Language Model, such as ChatGPT. The LLM processes this information, combining it with its existing knowledge base to generate accurate and contextually appropriate responses. Generating Responses: The processed information is then used to generate a response to the user’s query. This response is both accurate and enriched with up-to-date information sourced from the web.
